I stand in the strength of the Lord and use my Shield of Faith to keep them from hitting me and those around me.

I call on the prayer chain and hope that God will heal them and my grief
There is no place to go. If the Doctors can't help, then what else is there to do but cry it out.
Where else is there to go but to Jesus. He alone can heal those in such a state. He too can calm the raging storm of grief and despair.
Is there someone to call on or some place to go for help?
I would search for a second opinion, all the while knowing there is no real hope.

I leave them stuck there, just like the sheep that they are.
I untangle them from the 'vines' they struggle in and bandage up their wounds with love and the healing balm of God's word.
I ridicule and cajole them leaving them stuck in their own mess, offering them no help. What have they ever done for me?
I would help them out by directing them to the Pastor or a church elder, but I would pray for them too.
