Being a Christian Employer has slightly challenges one's ethics, but nothing much is changed.
Praying for them in your daily time with God as you would other people you care for.
Honoring the golden rule in all aspects of life.
Being a Believer doesn't work in business. Employers must keep their faith out of the work place.
Fairly and with respect, then the Lord will treat them this way.

It means choosing to follow his lead at least 75% of the time.
It means listening to his ideas, but doing what seems good to you regardless of his input.
Submission isn't subserviance, it is a voluntary attitude of cooperation and shared burden. It is making decisions together for what is best for all in the family.
Submission doesn't matter, just live like you want.
It is total subordination to your master or spouse.

Christians aren't really called to be loving.
We have to love like brothers?
Just treat each other like they are part of the family, because they are.
With Mutual Love and Respect, each allowing the other to take the lead in ministry and service to God.
